Arthur is the consummate professional and made the moving of big items look easy, he was efficient, friendly and skilled and was great with Chris who I can only assume was the less experienced of the two but very good.

Thank you for organising our removal that was carried out today from Pyrmont to Crows Nest.
I just wanted to let you know I have moved multiple times with numerous different companies and the boys you sent today were by far the best I have ever had move my things. They were super careful of walls and made sure everything was put in a spot that made it easy for me. On top of this they were happy and cheerful. I would like to send them an appreciation gift. Is there somewhere where I could send one to? I know one of the boy's names was Branko. Could you also please send me the name of the second? Although my fingers are crossed that this will be our last move for a while, I will definitely be recommending Yellow Express Removals to my friends.

Moving from Sydney to Canberra was a very daunting prospect but Harry and the guys at Yellow Express made it that much easier! Not only did they have to move us from the top of 3 flights of stairs and a very long driveway but they did it in record time and without ever making it seem like it was an effort. They are professional, courteous, fit and fast. I couldn't believe how easy they made it seem.
I'd recommend Yellow Express to anyone and will definitely use them again next time I move.

Moving is never fun, but with Yellow Express guys, it was almost a doddle! The team from the first call to the last piece of furniture carried in, was just superb. Professional, helpful, chatty and just generally happy are just about enough to describe the guys who helped with our move. They were on time, very efficient and helpful throughout the day. Not one request was too much (even when I realised that the new house keys were packed with the chest-of-drawers to the van, and they needed to do little 'unpacking' to get the keys out) and even though the day went on a little longer than planned, they stayed focused on the job with a great can-do attitude.
I can highly recommend the team at Yellow Express for your next move!

I moved on Fri 18/03/2011 and had Rusty and Toby do my move. Just wanted to let you know I was very pleased with the service received. When being charged by the hour you always worry that you will get guys who do the "go slow", but the guys were always working very fast to get the job done quickly and they were very friendly too and consulted me along the way etc.

I spoke with Kris at Yellow Express the other day to provide some feedback regarding the service I received when I recently moved house and used Yellow Express Removals.
I wanted to further add to my feedback to personally thank Harry, Sam and Ray. They were wonderful, given it was a ridiculously hot summer’s day and the move was logistically difficult with many stairs at either end.
Harry planned the logistics and everything went smoothly. This meant so much less stress for me as I had been fearing the move out from an apartment four storeys up with no lift.
Whilst I did mention my gratefulness to Kris in the phone call, I felt compelled to add it again in writing.
Moving is such a stressful time, however Harry and his team were most professional in their approach and I will continue to recommend Yellow Express Removals to others searching for removalists.

Today, your company picked up a dining table and chairs from Castle Hill and delivered them to my home in Elizabeth Bay. We couldn't let another day go by without thanking you and your wonderful team for all your assistance with moving our "very large" teak cabinet from Newport to Wahroonga last Saturday.
From the very first phone call to you, nothing seemed to be a trouble. We were amazed that you could attend to our needs so efficiently and had a team on site within two hours. Even when we ran into trouble with the first team of movers not being able to lift the cabinet, you impressed us with your wiliness to offer alternatives and to resolve what was beginning to be quite a stressful situation for us. The icing on the "service" cake was when you personally came to assist your second team at the end of your shift.
Obviously, this type of dedication and service is how Yellow Express has been in business for so long. We will certainly be recommending your team to friends and colleagues in the future.

Finally we are able to post feedback about your lovely moving team for our move on (or about it's all a bit vague now) 7 July. The two guys came with a bigger truck than we were expecting and were very patient with two sleep deprived people trying to co-ordinate what to them would have looked like a disorganised move but which we actually had under reasonable control. They did a great job and kept themselves busy when we took on unexpected developments like removing the fridge door because it didn't fit through the door of the new flat (although it did fit going through face first rather than edge on, but none of us thought of that at the time). No complaints. The "boss" was very calm and the offsider just worked. We had good company, thanks. We'd call you guys again.

I never thought I would ever write a note of commendation about moving home as every single time I have done so it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! I booked a ‘King Kong' do complete my home move and the smaller ‘Pocket Rocket' for my office as it was only a small move. With you and the whole experience was a delight from booking to completion, and considering I am pregnant that means a lot at the moment.
Both the removal teams were fantastic and nothing was a problem - and it was not the easiest move either. I'm sitting in my new home (and home office) now and everything is done. It's like it never happened. The only thing I would do next time is book the first time slot as the guys had to work past 8pm to get it all in our house.
